Been flying RC for few years and always wanted to get into float flying. I nosed one of my favorite planes into the ground so when I rebuilt it....designed it to accept floats.

Successful first flights.....just a blast.

This one was a Great Plains ARF, OS >91FS pumper, Slocan 44 inch narrow floats, about 14 lbs.  It may have been the best allround Float plane I've had.  Sure do miss her.  It's a shame GP discontinued the kit.  I don't think I've ever seen a bad flying PT-19 model.
