His Mom passed away yesterday morning from Lou Gehrig's disease so please keep him in your prayers.

Francises mom had a stroke about 2 months ago and has been going down hill ever since. He called me Sunday from the Detroit airport on his way home. He was expecting to be home about 12:00 pm and that was the best flight he could get. He said that his mother had a notebook that she could write down messages on and was trying to write Francis on it numerous times on Saturday. Monday morning he was together with his family and his mom passed away with all of them present. I found this very touching and I think his mom was waiting to say goodbye.

She nows soars in the heavens with Francises dad Roger. Keep your chin up buddy as I'm sure Roger is happy to see her again. Safe travels and we'll see you soon buddy. Spiderman is keeping you in his thoughts and prayers.

I spoke with Tim Sunday, sounds as though Francis will not be in attendance at this years Spiderman. Let's all keep Francis and his family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Now, knowing Francis...he would want us to carry on in our usual ways at Spidy.....

See you all there Thursday...........I'm makin' ribs Thursday eve...........any takers??

BTW...the forecast looks wonderful...........
