I am building a Morane Salnier A-1 and designing it into an R/C. The wing seems to be a bit weak. I know it will get stronger after it is covered but anyone have any ideas. I need to keep the weight down.

Regards,

As with early aircraft of that era the flying and landing wires gave the required strength to hold wing structures in place.
I have no idea what size model you are building but many scale models of the WW1 type do use functioning flying and landing wires in construction.

how many g's will it pull. Estimate its velocity, and the minimum turning radius. square velocity in m/s, and then divide that by radius in m. divide that by 9.8 and you have max acceleration in g's. now multiply your planes weight by that number. will your wing support that?
