what is the best way to cycle down a battery especially when u dont have a cycler? cause i dont want the battery to remain in memory level when its not at the highest charge.

i am charging right now on my new batteries after a long year of none flying i have a 1800 for flight and a 1100 for transmitter replaced the stock 600 transmitter for the 1100 to get more flying time less charging time. thanks.
