Dazzler -> Saito 1.20 Backplate problem (3/16/2002 8:12:21 AM) I'm working with a Saito 1.20 on a new plane and purchased a 3 inch Vortech (Dave Brown) spinner and noticed the backplate is not big enough to go over the prop shaft, this shaft is huge, I dont think my prop reamer goes this big either. Is it ok to drill it out? or should I get a different one? And what about the prop reamer too. Thanks, Daz...

Hots_Flyer -> Saito 1.20 Backplate problem (3/16/2002 10:48:12 AM) Measure the shaft on your engine and buy a drill bit the right to punch the hole out to fit. I do it all the time. I use a dial caliper to measure.
