Status: offline 		I just got my venom smart temp and it does not work with my futaba fasst 603fs recever and futaba digital s9452 servo . When i go threw setting the endpoints for the fail safe the servo does moove but i cant make the servo work from my transmitter ,it reads 6.5 v and the temp is like 75 but it feals like it might be triggering the fail safe ?

Not in HRS mode it won't anyway, you have to use PPM mode for the Venom Smart Temp failsafe to work properly. I have the same receiver (603FS) as you, and it worked for me no problem.

Unless you race or want to keep your failsafes permanent stored (set and forget), you don't need HRS. Be darn sure when using HRS you only have digital servo's, using analog servo's in HRS wil fry your analog servo's!

I knew you knew, I just want to put that out there for others to see. I didn't bother enough when I got my 3PKS to carefully read every page, I ended up frying my stock throttle and braking servo. In the end I ened up buy the tiny little Venom temp monitor thats very small, I'll get some pictures of my Supermaxx when I get my new camera next Friday.

I love that little thing, its very accurate when compared with the pricey temp guns. I boiled water in a bowl when I first got it and it showed 212 degree F, it went un to 190°F at simmering.
