What APC prop(s) do you suggest for 3D flying with an OS 55 AX on a Fusion or a Boxxer?

Try a Xoar 13x4 or 14x4. One of these should be what your looking for. Another suggestion, but a Mac's Pipe on it with 15%. Should be about the right combo. Let us know how it worls out.

IMHO, open up the muffler and pull the baffle. Then the stock muffler is a pretty good set-up. For 3D, props become a choice of personal preference. My favorite two are the Xoar 13x4 and the APC 12.25x3.75. The Xoars are great but can break very easily so if you're going to be making some rough landings, go with the APC until you're making less contact with terra firma.

I agree completely with you about the props and muffler. Only thing negative I noticed about removing the baffle was that the idle and low end was not as smooth. Last week I added a Dubro Exhaust extension and it seemed to smooth out the idle and low end. I didnt notice any diff on the top end.
