hi guys , I have 2 identical a123 10s battery packs as removed from dewalt cases with deans connectors fitted to the last terminals via the same guage wire and with both packs testing each at 3.3 volts per cell .
however the one battery on a static test, w.o.t for 10 seconds on a motor gives readings of
21 amps 28.6 volts 681 watt 6240 rpm
second [better]battery gives
38 amps 28.4 volts 1072 watt 6620 rpm
with out looking at the watt meter you can feel the thrust from the second battery
no matter what prop I try I get a similar lack of output from the same battery each time.
Any ideas anyone?
alistair
