This video above is demonstrating TRex 450 capability to carry 250+ gramm video camera from Panasonic.

Unfortunately during video upload process much video quality have been lost, but the point here is to say that TRex 450 is capable to lift 250+ gramms cargo with decent quality video camera.

More video to come.

Andrew.

Very good quality. I was thinking of getting the Canon FS11 weighing 260g (w/o battery). But this one seems even lighter. I might get this one instead. Just one question. Does the camcorder record with the viewscreen door closed? Do you have to do any special mod? Thanks.

Nice video, we have been doing this for a while and they can lift more than that.

You should put the camera facing forward so we don't see the tail and then video yourself.

Hi,

A few notes regarding setup:
===================
Panasonic video camera weight is 204 gramms (battery + SD card included);

"Swing" carbon-fiber camera bed is about 25 gramms;

Customized landing gears from TRex-600 is about 56 gramms;

Panasonic camera notes:
================
Camera can record with closed LCD screen.
You need to open LCD screen for at list 1/2" and push "Rec" button.
After that you can close LCD screen and camera will continue shooting untill you press "Rec" button again.
Very simple and convinient operation.
