Got here built, no problems went as per instructions. 58inch span. came in at 5lbs 2ounces ready to fly.
Took her out for maiden. One slight touch on left rudder is all it took to trim out. What a joy.
Set it up with E-flight 46 and 4c 4200 TP. Flew well. The big boys at flight club say it-s slightly under powered. Will order Extreme's Torque motor and try that.
Can't say much more NICE PLANE.

Chuck

Before you spend all that money you could try some xoar e props and see if you like it. I like a lighter less powerful setup. You could strip it to. This might not be for you, but trying it without the pants and those gear pieces that attach to the fuse. Also no spinner and get rid of the pilot and all that stuff and put thin covering to keep the air flow path through the fuse. Take off whatever you can and try a better prop. I would definitely try a better prop. Nice looking plane. Hope you enjoy it.

I agree, toss the prop. At this point in time Xoar has the edge for e props. With, and I know people are going to think I'm nuts but MAS Scimitar as a tie with Xoar IMO. Can't say much more about ACP other than they've been on the heavy side but are getting better with their thin series.

I would suggest going to a 5cell setup. 4 cells are great in the EF 49" yak weighing in at 2.5 lbs but for a 5 pound plane A new motor would help a bit.
