Status: offline 		After not flying my sailplane for about 3 or 4 years, I got some new hi-start rubber and dusted the old Saber off. I notice the flaps and ailerons are slightly warped. These are obechi over foam. I know how to un-warp a built up surface with the twist and heat method, but I'm not sure what is the best way of straightening the foam core stuff. The warp is more of a bow than a twist. Any ideas from someone who's smarter than I am (you won't have to be very smart) would sure be appreciated!

Status: offline 		Crosswind, I have never tried this myself (knock on wood, never had the need), but have read somewhere that for obechee over foam the twist and heat method also works !
