I just got a quick question for all you tuning experts.

So i tune up my HSN nicely, great smoke and temps of 240, so i move on to the LSN. Usually, once i dial in the HSN, i like to richin my LSN some before i start tuning it so that i know i am on the rich side. Anyways, today what i noticed was that as i further leaned the low end, when i gunned it from a standstill and let off the throttle once it took off, the engine rpms seemed to drop considerably low, almost enough to stall at times before it returned to its usual idle. Now is this normal, or is my tuning off? LSN too lean, rich or what? Help me out, thx.

it sounds like that check your linkages and your screw, cuz i had my trim set but that doesn't stop the carb from closeing farther than it should so pull off your carb (engine should be off but if you like burns have fun) and give it about 1/2 throttle then hit the breakes, and see if it goes back to where it was or if it goes past a bit if it goes past just get your idle srew set so it goes to where it should then re-adjust linkages it may sound confusing now but but it helps when you're looking at the carb

the lug
