Thought I would post this, we had a great time last year with a fanastic bbq at Lee's place. Tasty steaks, maybe a little Caribou, and plenty of liquid refreshments. The North Central Pylon League will be holding its 3rd annual City of Lakes Pylon Race in Amery , WI on September 27th, 2008 at the Amery Municipal Airport . The coarse will be up at 8:00am, pilots meeting at 9:30 sharp and the race will start at 10:00am. This will be a single day, two event race starting with 4 heats of AMA 428 followed by 4 heats of AMA 422. I have some helpers already but there is always room for more if anyone wants to come up and lend a hand. Special Notes: Engines approved will be SS versions only, no LS engines in either class. Steak dinner at my house following the race, $20/Person. Coarse workers eat free!
