The air filter is used too, heck, I would have to kick in considerable to match you now....

To answer the original question, 300 would work for me if I knew the truck, the X is a great package. Bud

k so i got him down to 300. Its the 4.5. Mint shape comes with everything i need to run it except fuel. good deal? should i do it?

$300 is a good price considering it is pretty much new. The guy obviously doesn't want to just give it away either, so if you counter-offer, make it fair. I mean, he can go on Ebay and unload it for $300 easy. People pay sick money on Ebay sometimes.

If it has the F and you want to unload.... probably no need for ebay...

i picked her up this morning. And it looks new with just a few minor scratches. Im pretty pumped. I tried to start it up juts barely and she wont fire up. I realized that the glow starter battery probably is dead cause its been sittin in my buddies garage for quite a while. So ill wait for that thing and the Roto Start to charge up and let you guys know what happens. Is there anything i should do to as it has been sittin for a while? thanks

i still havent found the time to try to start it again. I was out this night. (18th b day lol.) but ya tomorrow im gonna try to get it started up again. as everything is charged now im hoping itll start up right away. If not im thinkin itll be the glow plug if anything cause i saw it the last time he drove it like 3-5 months ago. Is there a way to see if the glow plug is broken, or bad?

Take the plug out and drop some after run oil into the engine and turn it over a few times. I'd also put a fresh plug in it (cold is stock) and reset the carburetor's HSN and LSN to the factory defaults-optional really, but I like to do it just so I know that the engine is tuned right. Other than that, I think you have it covered. Enjoy it!
