If you mean the green colored 15%, yes they are the same.

Cool power 30% heli is a different mix than the others, it contains a different oil and more of it. 22% compaired to 17% in the green.

I would like to know if Mach7 and Cool power is the same! If not why would a fuel manufacturer sell something inferior to hobby shops or to the public?

M7 and CP are the same.

CP can only be sold via hobby shops. Morgan
uses a different dye color and a different label and
sells the same formula as Mach7 directly.

What is the big deal? Sell the same stuff by hobby shop or mail order, why make it a different colour? No other manufacturer of fuel does this.
This just seems decetful to me!
