I have a team orion wasp .18. A lot of people say that its not that good but I have run it against os max .18 and mine wins every time we drag race.

But, thats not good enough. I am going to get an O.S. Max .18 with a rear exhaust because its another 1.6 hp Muhahahahahhaha.....

The most powerfull engine to date is and should remain the OS 18TZ ,it has scored a 2,2hp and i haven't found so far anything able to beat it ,with that my GT goes as fast if not more than any good 1/8 buggies ...

I built a FT over last winter. The instructions are very good for any one building their first truck. The kit wasn't missing anything and was well packaged. The only thing I changed on the kit was the rear tires (step pins) to suit our track. I finished the kit off with a CV-r 12, Orion 1100ma receiver pack and a JR XS3 radio. It took me about 15 hours to build including painting the body. This was not my 1st GT though.

Who needs instructions?? I build them in less then 2 hours in one sitting.

From opening the box to firing the engine up, I find that hard to believe, I'm not saying it's not true, but I find it very hard to believe.

I figured there had to be a GT thread on here somewhere, I Had to dig deep to find it though!

any body know where I can get a screw kit for th GT? I hate the tiny hexxes on the factory screw. I would like to find a kit that either has a phillips head or maybe bigger hexxes. I have had about 10 different nitro RC's and this is the first ascossiated car I had and these are the smallest hexxes I have seen on a car. I usually use blue locktight on most all of the screws but I don't want to with these because I afraid I will stripp them if I do.

Hey, I have a rc10 gt and today, I was running it and had to put it behind a post to adjust the fuel intake, while doing so I went the wrong way and it just reved super high and I went to go drive it and it wouldnt go. The big fly wheel was stripped and the small fly wheel, the one that goes into the engine just spins now freely in both directions. What do I need to replace?

well the big plastic one (most likely plastic) is called a spur gear... the little one is called the clutch bell and is on bearings so it will spin both ways, you will need to replace the larger of the 2, i would suggest another plastic composit one like you already had. if you look at it you will see a number on it... it should be like 65 or 66 or around there depending on if its stock or not.

if you have other issues, you should take a pic of it so we understand what you are talking about a bit better

I have recently bought a rc10 gt and the throttle was runnig high so I put it going forward against a post to turn down the fuel in intake. well I turned it the wrong way and I reved way up as it was stuck against the post. I turned it down and tried running it. Now it wont go. the clutch bell runs freely in both directions with my finger and the pitch spur does not grab to drice the tires. Im not sure what is wrong and need some direction. Thanks.
