Hello

I thought I would share this build it is a 32' Custom Carolina sportfisher Scaled down to 8' all frames are cut on a CNC router I am building the hull to scale and it will look like the real hull. I will be using the Hull for a shop sign/display and maybe RC . I will add pictures as I build it. please excuse the messy garage I am building the model at home. also note in the pictures the model is setting on top of the 32' jig. hope you enjoy

I really don't know why, but I expected you to be a little taller than that. Nice boat though!

8'? RC? Heck, you could ride in that at eight feet long! Especially cuz you're a runt as Doc pointed out! lol...

What kind of foam is that green stuff? I bought some green foam from a craft store and it turned out to be horrible stuff.

Anyway, this is going to be awesome! Keep posting pics!

Hello

The foam is Divinycell it comes in 48x96 sheets I paid $90.00 wholesale so if you are looking for this stuff plain on paying big $$$$. the only reason I am using it is I had two sheets setting around and it will take all kinds of abuse including CA & acetone. Thanks

Here is a better picture of the 8' hull. I have also added a picture of the 32' frames still in the 3/4" sheets

I wonder what ever happened to the builder because he hasn't not posted anything on this boat in a couple of years. I wonder why he chose a soft foam material for the keel & chine.
