Howdy!

I have 4 3s EVO25 2170 lipos and a JR 9303X Tx for my helis. I also have an AR600 Rx and some servos. I really want a slower flying foamie trainer. A PNP would be ideal.

Any recomendations?

Thanks!

You intend to fly a transistor?

See http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_7967880/tm.htm

What is a PNP? Is that a type of electric trainer aircraft?

You might consider the Easy Star ARF kit, it's $60 + 2 servos, batteries and speed control.

Happy Landings

Are you pretty competent with the heli's? If so, you might be able to get away with an intermediate plane like the Parksone T-28 or corsair. They aren't really trainers and I would never recommend them as a first aircraft but someone in your shoes might be able to pull it off. Both come in a plug & play version and can be pretty tame if you take it easy and use the lower control throws. Actually, even higher throws don't make either plane too difficult.

I have both and love them.

Personally, I like to only fly NPN transistors.

PNP is a Horizon Hobbies acronym for "plug-n-play". Basically the plane comes with everything except a receiver and/or battery. Basically you do some minor assembly, plug in your receiver and go fly. It's neat but 20 minute assembly times take some getting used to.
