Status: offline 		Probably a stupid question, but what's the purpose of wrapping batteries in foam. Can't they just be installed with velcro?

Status: offline 		The biggest reason for wrapping in foam is to minimize vibration damage. The last think you want is for a solder connection to come loose on your battery pack.
