they are both owned by the same company, so they should be the exact same. just add a boat to your shopping cart on each and check shipping costs from there and pick the cheaper one

Wrangle boy, I've tried the 5 min epoxy, no good, chips when hit. Did that with some automotive stuff too, same problem. You want something that holds yet has a bit of flex due to the hits you will implement on the boat. Go with goop, best thing is, it can be pulled out of boat if you ever pull drive out etc. No damage, but still need to do carefully and slowly. The epoxy stuff does not want to come out, u need to grind with dremel for some. If u ever pull out goop, grab needle nose, pinch and bit in the pliers and just rotate the pliers and it will come up off the plastic(or glass).

Ivan.

Holy Sticks batman, Z-hobby is charging 75.00 to ship a 30.00 product to Canada! Raidentech is charging 30 to ship, which is reasonable I guess?? Someone said they're the same company? And they're both in Cali?

i regret not having driven mine as stock haha

if you want westbeach you can use some company (whatever's cheapest to ship from USA to CA) to calculate shipping to zip code 98229 (washington state) and ship it to me and i could "forward" it to you for maybe cheaper than what they want for shipping

Yep it got up on Plane no problem, it moved at about 10-12 mph and handled quite predictably even with the stock radio equipment, sorry no video. I have the other one still in stock form and I will try to video it tomorrow

Rockwerks,

Thanks for the offer too, maybe you can drive my NDQ over to the Island from Port Angeles. I might have to send out my DF Storm half way to meet up the little jet boat.
Cheers!

Just ordered 2. I have a creek along the yard. It ranges in depth and is about 12 feet wide. Should be able to make a neat little course. I'll have about 150 of good vision upstream and rock obstacles along the way.

It flipped over once that I had to receive it but in stock form the heaviest piece the battery pack sit right under the drivers in the top of the hull it is self righting in most cases. Im gonna try to video the other one in total stock form today after I get done working this afternoon

That appears to be about 1/2 throttle or less. I was getting some good air off of the waves with just a few feet of run up. Like I said after I get done with work today Ill see if I can con the wife into helping me get a video

Technically there is no 1/2 throttle on the stock setup. Mine was not proportional. I wouldn't be surprised if the factory has minimal (or no) QC and the folks in that video just got a bum boat.

Both of mine actually have decent control on both the steering and the throttle. I could cruise around with throttle control.
