Do WHATEVER you can, as FAST as you can, to talk to Traxxas about trying to get a NEW engine... The longer you wait, the less chance you have of getting a 'FREE' new engine from them... They are usually very AWESOME when it comes to customer service, and due to the fact that it happened like the first day you got it, your chances are better to get a new one at no charge. If you wait longer, it may lessen your chance, obviously.

Well, they're closed for the weekend. First thing Monday though.

If you can turn over the motor by the flywheel and its really hard. Thats normal. Just try rcompleting the break in process. But also call traxxas to confirm what you are doing.

Well, in that case, it certainly should not have overheated; if anything, it probably should have started to "bogg" down from being too rich in which case, u would obviously need to turn the needle the other direction(again just pointing out the obvious here)
