hi

any help here or suggestions would help

i got given a heli boy nitro powered
anyway the electronic system has been taken out of the chopper i want to replace it but dont know wat with i only want to go real cheap just got a tight budget and would like any suggestions on wat i would need??????????????

i will need to get a new engine as the shaft snapped apon an impact. the engine was a webra 61 as u can barely get parts.. is there another motor the same size and same holes that i could just put in place???

any suggestions would help greatly please post comments

This isn't what you want to hear, but in my opinion, it's best to start out with a new machine. I tried for years to get fixed pitch want ad helicopters to fly with out much success. Then I listened to the guys on an online forum and bought a Raptor .30 and started having fun with it. If I were you, I'd put the Heli-boy in a museum and buy a T-rex 500 part by part (stock motor and ESC, four futaba s9650 servos and a GY-401 gyro). You want a heli with plentiful and cheap spare parts, first and foremost.

But first get a sim program (Phoenix or RealFlight 4.0) and practice on a computer.

If your on a limited budget, and want to go cheap...your in the wrong hobby. I agree with jgunpilot.
