Rocket City RC in Huntsville, Al has found a new location for our meet that is huge!
400+ tables and OVER 40,000 SqFt of space
INDOOR Climate controlled!
Big raffle prizes! Vendors Galore!!
1/31/2009 8am-3:30 pm-vendors setup 6:30am
$10.00 tables. $5.00 per person

dont worry folks...its big!

We will sell all upper area tables first!
All 97 upper tables are wall tables. The tables on the inner portion of the upper area: W31-W86 have a fence to your back. That is your wall
So you can look down into the lower area floor. All traffic in the upper area will travel down the center of the asiles.
I will sell all Upper area tables: W1-W97 first.
First come First serve! Call or email me!

Then we will sell the tables in the lower area closest to the main entrance first, then if we get to the rear entrance tables they wil go last.
I have a very loose setup that shows at LEAST 255 tables with lots of room to spread out.
Should we near to a 250 table total i will tighten the arena floor up and get about 100 more tables in.
Should we have the rear area of the arena available i will allow small indoor flyers to fly at the rear of the facility indoors, BUT you must be on a 2.4Ghz system of some sort!
