Status: offline 		I just want to let people know to watch out for rc-tradingpost.com when ordering redcat parts I ordered on the 30th and have not heard one word from them since so I asked for my money to be refuned to paypal and still no answer so I guess I will have to see if paypal can get it back as they are ignoring me.

Status: offline 		I too had a bad experience with rc trading post, I orderd my hurricane and a starter kit from them which I did receive. Except I emailed the guy asking him to throw in an al fuel filter if I gave him my buisness, to which he agreed. When I got my order, no filter was included. When confronted he blamed the UPS, even though I told him the boxes arrived in perfect condition. He said he would follow up on it, and I never heard fron him again. I probably could have kept buggin him but I didn't feel it was my responsibility to make him take care of his customers. Since it was supposed to be a freebie part I was satisfied with the free lesson instead.

I had a company running parts of my ordering system for me to help streamline orders, as it turns out they were not doing what I hired them to do. They were ignoring customers and missing orders. I have since taken over full control of www.rc-tradingpost.com and its processes. If you have had problems in the past with your orders or other issues please give me a chance to rectify the situation. I have a guy on staff that answers questions live on the website (Nick) and he does a good job with all aspects of the site.
