beautiful work on the cobra, my favorite car.....to be a kit car you are doing a lot of fabrication. So whatwas the donor mustang used for?

Pete welcome to the AC Shelby Cobra Club!!! I have enjoyed mine for over 26 years now and to this day I have never driven anything that accelerates like a true FE 427...

You doing a great job.... look forward to seeing your maiden drive..

BTW, it is not a kit car - it is fully scratch build.

Hi Pete,

I'm have juist finishend building my ziloli p38 and was wondering did you also turned THE cylinderhead and piston on THE reversed engine? I have found that if you do not, you Will have a compression difference beween both engines. Normally you can also check this difference when rotating THE prop by hand. You feel a difference when turning it to THE left and comparing with THE compression when turning it to THE right and vice versa.

Now all you need is an aluminum body, my panel beater at the shop worked building the original bodies in the UK,  we can build one for you if you like.
