Hi have an older JR 9Channel PCM radio that used the same type module that Spectrum is now using. I want to know if I can use the Spectrum Module to upgrade my system to 2.4 Ghz. I will in clude a picture of my TX and Rx.

Thanks

You can only use the module upgrade to 2.4Gig if you have the removable module in the back of the transmitter as shown.

Cheers

This is the back of the transmitter. I assume you are talking about this module? I took the one out of my Spectrum TX and compared them. They appear to be able to fit in the same spot in the Txmiter(same connector). So given this, I guess it would be worth while to get a Spectrum Tx moduke/Antenna and plug it in and "takeoff".... Feedback?

Thanks for your reply to my question...
Happy Holiday!

YES, you will need the conversion module and antenna (THIS) and you would be good to go.

Cheers
