Hey now, I actually lived in Omaha back in 1963 & 64 - Offitt (sp?) AFB.
Nothing but steers and peers there as I recall- Though me and my buddies use to play ARMY in the corn fields that were twice the height of us on tip toes. (You could get seriously lost if you didn't keep your bearings!)

Status: offline 		Just got back from the 1st day of the Toledoexperience........boy ol boy. Guys I gotta say this but we airplane guys are about as bad as the computer geeks.lol , I found a 1/4 scale pilot for the Mig from Vailley Aviation. It is the WW1 full body pilot. I will need to visit the Aces of Iron website to do some finishing and detailing but she should do. This is the only pic I could find of a Russian pilot. Apparently some have also grafted the Aces of Iron Pilot figure onto the Vailley ztorso. Anyone have pics of their handiwork?

Status: offline 		its been awhile since I have been on and I am now back to do some work on the plane, so to inspire me , I figured I would start with the pilot. Here he is cockpit next, the glassing of the fuse is complet, engine, servoes installed. I will be working on a more scale nose next, Picures to follow later
