steven man i have a load of them arms from all sorts of machines lying around man. post up a pic via pm and i will see if i have it..... well i litterly have hobbythek bought out now at this stage lol cant wait to try out this new engine and see how it performs,i finally have a four bolt full mod motor........ dc )

i was also intrested to say that this engine is already tested after being built,so not much need for a run in .........but i will do it anyway cause im so kind hahaha lol here is some info on this motor. The new Cad-Power generation, based on Zenoah G240/270 engines. The Cad-Power engines are hand built and modified. Years of experience guarantee for strong and reliable engines. They feature a flat torque curve and low fuel consumption. All engines are tested after modification. After successfully completing the test run the engines are shipped with a test certificate. Tuning modifications: - cylinder bottom machined for increased compression - ports modified and blueprinted - intake and exhaust ports are optimized - timing of all transfer ports is modified - cylinder gasket installed with elastic sealant - tuning isolator installed - crankshaft is modified and optimized - crank case is blueprinted, modified and optimized The engines are delivered in a wooden crate with an additional storage bag cool huh?? cant wait for my parts to finish this beetle in two weeks............then there will be good vids

hey waqr i have every thing done..... if you go back and read the threads you will see that sure dont you know i have the elcon drivetrain unit done and the elcon wheel adaptors. i just need to wait now till friday week to get some parts to start up the rebuild. cheers

UPDATE ok here is the first of my new batch of goodies for my elcon fg/beetle to get it up and running,it will compliment all the rest of the alloy nicely . it was made by a friend of mine here on the forum steven brown and in fairness to the man it is excellent..........just take a look at the quality of this!! anybody wanting a radio tray i would give steven a pm,he also accepts paypal. nice one steven man so here is a pic of it,man i love it,going to strenghten up the radio real good,i need it for my hydro brakes to stop flex with that powerfull ace ds 1000 servo http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z230/stevenb_011/DSC00532-5.jpg

I am well aware of all your upgrades you have made. Believe me, I have read this thread a couple of times :) I love it :) I just thought if you had something more in mind :) Can`t wait for more pictures and videos :)

thanks man likewise i love your threads too man,why dont you start up one based on your fg mt?? i havnt seen anything about that now for ages,have you still got it? cant wait to get my parts now in less than two weeks and i will be able to get it up and running then i have the following coming for it. i had to order two new rear alloy hubs as my own alloy ones had too much play in them from bashing ages ago,also i needed two new mt fg wheels as two of my own were rounded. 1/ stevens new alloy radiotray 2/ two new fg beetle monster rims 3/ two new alloy hubs rear to replace my old alloy ones 4/ new large metal gear hitec steering servo 5/ new fuel tank adaptors 6/ new throttle/brake rods (as some were robbed from this ages ago for my oroad lol) 7/ new battery pack and all leads 8/ install new CAD 270 egine and F1 airfilter 9/ new fg beelte rear unbreakable wing 10/ new bearings all round (fitted) 11/ fit rear elcon wheel reinforcment adaptors to the two new rims when fitting them 12/ bleed my hydros 13 / GET SOME MAD VIDS UP lol so i am getting my parts friday week so this will be up and running then...... CANT WAIT......... its been too long..........

only 4 more days to wait and the ULTIMATE REBUILD begins.... this is going to be awesome.............two new rear rims coming and the following,new battery and all the leads,alloy radio tray,new steering servo,fitting the cad engine and jetpro pipe,new fuel tank,new brake/throttle rods/linkages,two rear new alloy hubs to replace my alloy worn ones,fitting the rear elcon wheel adaptors,bleeding the hydros, and loads more........ i will post up the build i really CANT WAIT as i havnt ran this fg beetle since before christmas..... STAY TUNED for some mental vids....

because the fg rims actually go round after some use and just end up in a stationary position........... kind of anoying... dc

Well, my FG Monster is doing just fine. I`m extremely pleased with the Oneill Brothers 27,2 kit that I bought thanks to you :) I have not been driving it that much lately thanks to my other FG (the onroad). But I think it is a great combination to have them both :)

hello waqr thanks for your encouragment,the rebuild will start monday evening as HOBYTHEK left me dissapointed with my order,they said i would have it friday but didnt ship it till wednsday after saying they shipped tuesday,time for me TO MOVE SHOP........ i dont like lies... anyway i will have them monday and will begin with it monday evening CANT WAIT!!!!!! i have a lot of surprises on the way with this build.... going to be MENTAL.......
