Hello Scott,

Thank you for the compliments, the exhaust comes from Aircraft International (Supersonic Pitts Style bolt on mufflers) for 3W 80XI.

Props from Menz 28x10 , but i change for Biela 27X10 , less noisy .

Fred

Nice video and great flight. Looked like a bad cross-wind on landing. Nice job bringing it in.

Great video! I couldn't tell if it was a model or the real thing. You did a great job on it!

Well Fred, nice bird and nice flying

Now: the idea to change to a smaller prop is bad - your propeller right now is on its limit. Either you get a bigger prop or you step up in pitch - I would prefer a larger pitch

Are you sure you spin a 28x10 and not a 26x10??

happy landings

now is 27x10 Biéla carbonne : more havy than the wwood
before the 28x10 Menz 6200 t/mn
Now with 27x10 Bièla 5900-6000 t/ mn sorr in inglish RPM.

I loose rpm but it is less noisy it is much better (the nex village is not fare )

Change the Prop ? If it was me I would not change a thing. The Plane looks like it flys awsome with great power, best looking Ziroli Mustang I have seen fly. Great work. Kevin.

Now you try to confuse me again

You telling me with a smaller propeller you get less RPM? I'm sure the former prop was an 26x10...

Happy landings

Fred,
That's a terrific Mustang you have there...it flys beautifully. I have a question for you. I am visiting Paris for 10 days this spring with my wife (our 20th anniversary). I'd like to visit one really good hobby shop, and perhaps go to a flying field if it is convenient. My primary interest is giant warbirds (I'm currently building a Ziroli Corsair). Do you have any suggestions on how I might find a French hobby shop, and/or a flying field? Also, do you know of any good military aviation museums around Paris?

Frederick, great looking P-51 and just awesome and majestic flying. For a 35 lb. plane it really moves, you sure have it powered right!

Thank you all for your compliments, but I say: thank you Nick Ziroli.

RCdude13

Sorry, but in Paris there are no department stores specializing in this discipline !

In France, the best shops is the web !!

I fly 50km North of Paris, but if you want a very good meeting is in June, here is the link http://www.imaa-europe.com/imc_2009.html (50km Sud of Paris)

For the museum to go to the museum Le Bourget, between Roissy CDG and Paris. This is an excellent site .Here is the link: http://www.mae.org/

Upon your arrival in Paris, they could organize an afternoon on our flying field, why not ?

Congratulations on your birthday and I hope that Paris will be a great happiness to your wife and yourself.

My English is very bad, that's why I use Google Translation.

Best regards
Fred

Looks like another GREAT flying Ziroli bird. You will get many wonderful flights out of that docile 51. I would prob. keep the diamter but step up in pitch as previously suggested.
