I would like to know if red cat has a good warranty program for the 1/6 scale rampage MT because where i bought the truck (Large Scale RC) said good luck with that. I hope he is wrong about that.

Redcat has a lifetime warranty on their engines. At least I know they do for they're nitro engines, but I can't tell ya about they're gas engines. Just go to the Redcat Racing website and read they're warranty program. You can always send them an e-mail too. They're usually really good a returning e-mails pretty quickly.

I purchased the 1/5 scale rampage as well and was wondering about the warranty. I have purchased 2 redcats and if they don't make good on this one I will never purchase another. I had to email and get the run around many times before they made it right with the first redcat that was a volcano.
The first time out with my new rampage fresh out of the box within less then 15 minutes the servo was fried along with all the other components as well. I haven't even had a chance to get tires dirty or get a spec of dirt on the air filter. I will be contacting them cause I feel that after that amount of money I shouldnt have to eat the servo, battery, reciever and everything else it has fried or melted. I am very disappointed in the quality of electronics.
I will post thier response to this issue as a follow up to this post. I feel that if they make it right people should know it and again if they don't or just give me the run around people should know what they are purchasing before they spend that kind of money as well.

what kind of warranty are you talking about? The way these things are built, you probably won't have any problems throughout what would be a warranty period anyways. I'm going 1 year strong, no defects that would be warrantied out!
