Attention all of you airplane covering gurus!
I have a 40 size Adrian Page Gee Bee Z and cannot figure out how to cover the wing fillet with plastic covering. The plane looks very good and I don't want to waste it with some amateur covering job.
I surfaced the fillets with a polyester filler and have a smooth surface. I just need to know how to lay in the covering for the sprayed on look.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I built an R2 and painted the formed plastic front part, then covered the fillet in three pieces that matched the three pieces of wood that made them up. It helps to have a trim iron with the small rounded foot, too.

In the R2 instructions, Adrian reminds you that the original fillets were hand-hammered aluminum and not perfect......so a little imperfection is just 'scale', lol
