I have a YS 61-r(rear exhaust) pumped engine that I need new bearings and gasket set for. Does anyone have those or know the best place(s) to get them. Thanks, Tom in Ga.

Boca Bearings sells bearings for the YS .61. Tower hobbies has gasket kits for many YS engines, you might check their website for a set for the .61. I'd imagine many would be the same as for the .61 helicopter engine.

Tom, Try Tony Stillman at RadioSouth. He had some older YS stuff awhile back.

I will look in my box tomorrow, I think I have a front and rear bearing for the YS 61 in there. It will be deep in the bottom by now.

Bearings can be had from any bearing supply house. Just take your old ones in and they will match them up for you. And, they will more than likely be even cheaper than Boca while being the exact same bearing. For gaskets, YSPerformance may have them. I know they don't have anything for the 60, but they may have stuff for the 61. If not, you can always cut your own from thin gasket stock available at any motorcycle shop. The parts you want to be careful with are the diaphragm and plunger. Those two parts are like gold to most people who still have old YS 2-strokes.
