Status: offline 		I purchased a new Zenoah G-45 engine and the plug that came with it had a gap of .042 What is the proper plug gap for the stock Champion plug that comes with the engine?

Also, does anyone use NGK plugs in their gas burners?

Status: offline 		Not critical..Anywhere .025-.045 If it runs well and doesn't miss it's good..(Don't believe it ? try it)
Champion RCJ7Y
NGK BPMR6A (except Zenoah G23, NGK BMR6A, or two washers under the plug)
Bosch WSR6F
Any plug will work if it's a resistor type..
The engines using NGK CM6 non resistor plugs come with shielded wires and caps...There is no 10mm resistor plug...

Status: offline 		Thanks for the input. .042 seemed a little large so I narrowed it to .035 and it seems to run well. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't out of the ball park.

The info on the shielded plug wires and resistor plugs also cleared up another question.
