I have an OS Surpass .91 4-stroke. It idles great and the top end is great. The mid-range is sluggish.
Idle to 1/4 throttle is responsive.
1/4 to 1/2 throttle is sputters.
1/2 to full throttle is accelerates perfectly.
If I go idle to 1/2 throttle, 1/2 throttle is sluggish. But if I go full throttle then back to 1/2, 1/2 thottle is good.
It will idle fine for 30 seconds and I can go full throttle without hesitation. So I think the low-end is good.
I bought this used, so I don't have documentation.

Any help would be appreciated?
