I don't know what kind of "problems" you're talking about. I bought mine through Tower Hobbies and had no problems getting it.
The airplane itself was my first (and to date only) ARF. Assembly was surprisingly easy and no prolems occoured here.
Flying it in Lake Michigan slope lift, I found some ballast necessary, but ended up with a nice flying, responsive machine. I'll probably replace the plactic nose cone with wood the next time I knock it off, but that's about it. It's a fun little machine.
