good idea alright to get good servos and radio gear....

also would be worth saying to you that the front uprights (hubbs) are the same that came with my carson (which i upgraded to fg) because  the metal socket ripps through the plastic under that front a-arm man with little abuse, just keep an eye on that man....it is a week point,if your finances allowed you should get two alloy front hubbs at some stage man.......they are a pain in the butt when they go.......

Just watch out when buying cheap bearings of any sort. They might look the same but cheap bearings are usually exactly that. I took one I bought from somebodies pitstop to a bearing shop  to get more and he said "Do you want cheap ones like these or our cheapest?"

These are a great start. Same as dc2 man says. Same as Comanche but different to Traveller in suspension arms. Any 1/5 monster truck bits will fit. MT, Fire hammer etc.
River hobby make lots of alloy upgrades but don't sell retail. They will send you a list of dealers though.

I dunno? Your mate names his price and I say "yes or no" They wouldn't be that heavy would they? I'm on convict country so how much would freight be?
You let me know how much. I love them that much. What sort of body will you be running with? Having a mate that handy with fibre glass means that anything is possoble, yeah?

Have a look here. These would be the standard plastic jobs on the clones. 25 pounds would be nearlly $50 here. Tell me if the link works or not. You might have to cut and paste.

man that is turning out some job.....

that cage is fair nice.

that is a fine pipe you have on it,where did you get it?

this rebuild is going serious now...........i would think this thing is going to be very relibale, cant wait to see some vids...

man can i say one thing, now would be the time to get some wheel reinforcement done,i think some bigger washers wouldnt go astray at all to protect the rims.

they are a fine big wheel on them......
