Status: offline 		The normal price for the R10 will be 600 dollars. It doesn't come with engine, pipe, radio, or wheels/tires. That 600 just buys you the chassis/gears/suspension.

The engine they display it with, the OS 12xz spec II, is about 450 dollars. So yeah, that would be a rather expensive car when its ready to run.

Status: offline 		Yea - it's kinda disappointing the latest HPI release comes w/ no engine and exhaust.

Do you guys still think HPI might release a new RS4 model... or possibly a totally new car? (RS5)? The Evo+ is 5 years old, and I'm shocked HPI hasn't released another RS model in this time.

If anyone knows an online store or hobby store that still has the 18ss+, I would definitely jump on it! 

This site has it (eTamiya) - but I've read too many bad reviews to give them a try.

Status: offline 		That place lists the stage-d rs4 to drift car conversion kit...   I wonder if they really have it ? that item has been out of production for quite a while.

Also, if you look at that new R10 car, and compare it to the R40 thats been out for a while I guess, it looks like the R10 isn't a new car at all, its just a tricked out R40.

Status: offline 		well we all have to lookk at the big picture. were a dying bread. I myself have less then half of my fleet nitro still. With the price of brushless and lipo batteries everyone is conveting to brushless. But as long as the lhs still the fuel and parts that we need then we'll be ok. Dont get me wrong i still love the sound and speed of nitro but in some areas people call the cops almost right away.
