I'm pretty sure the Hotbodies stuff and the HPI stuff are made of the same material.I think HPI calls it carbon and Hotbodies calls it graphit but it's the same when it comes to r/c.

Thanks rex, appreciate it! Too bad I just bought a hump pack! Do you think there would be any way to use the hump or should I just buy a flat? The hump fits in my stock battery box.

If you have the HPI deck you have to buy a flat pack. It's a tight fit as you can see and a hump pack will not fit in the desired area. You could always mount it somewhere else but it will the center of gravity and the car will handle a little different.

I think the HB deck is a little thicker but i'm not sure.I think the radio tray is a little different too.I remember reading somewhere that someone got a hump pack to fit on the HB deck but I can't remember where it was.I'll look around a bit and see if I can find it.

thats very nice. how do you let the engine breathe? it doesnt look like you have any holes. it looks really clean too. my body is an f-150 and it looks like crap. it has cuts everywhere and finger prints all over the place. lol o well. maybe my next body will look better. im thinking of getting a silvia body.

The body wasn't finished when I took the pic.I put a 2 inch hole in the front windshield and a 2 inch hole in the rear window. This body kicks a$$.I don't think i'll ever buy another type of body other than a Stratus. This thing has no wind resistance. With my other bodies it would slow the car down alot but not this one.I couldn't even notice a difference with this one.

yea i've heard many good things from the stratus body. the silvia looks pretty aerodynamic though. has anyone had one? how does it handle?

I painted one but it didn't come out the way I wanted it to so I got mad and threw it away before I ever even ran the car with it on.
