I could have sworn that gear ratio fit no problem, maybe it's because I'm using a golden horizons chassis. You could make the slots bigger in your chassis, then they might reach. As for the guy with the torque steer problem, another thing to check is all your bearings. Make sure they're clean and all spin freely. A bad bearing can cause some drag on one side of the vehicle. Just in general, make sure you whole driveline turns freely. Check all the dogbones, and drive cups too. I had a bad case of my RS4 3 haveing torque steer once, I took it apart and cleaned everything up and replaced some worn out parts, and it just about got rid of the torque steer. One tip I will give you, and most people will probably say it's a horrible idea, but it's worked great for me. I run my car with NO grease in any of the drive cups, none on the dogbones or anything. The entire driveline, with the exception of the diffs, are ran completley dry. I've ran it like that for the past 3 years and haven't had an issue. I even run my CVD's without grease, and I'm still on the same ones I bought about 2 years ago. Plus it helps to keep your car much cleaner. Hope this helps some.
