towerhobbies is awesome in shipping, really good service, and always there when you need it. Rcmart is iffy since its out in hong kong i think, and just like all those "discount" places, you should be careful about their customer service. Plus, i think the shipping will be longer and a lot more expensive. Yeah racing stuff is basically fake integy or gpm parts, and they are very cheaply made. Their aluminum parts should be avoided since they are very soft, but thats all i can say. Their other producst look fairly decent.

I believe it is only for the front wheels (not fully sure). I got the mounts two days ago. Have to finish my schoolwork before I can play with my RC. Hopefully, I finish my schoolwork by this weekend. If I do, I will stop by a 1/8 scale hobby shop and pick up some wheels. I will try the rear (super wide) tires from the mugen 1/8 as well because they look grippy and cool. I will update you guys as soon as I get it.

In response to the question about RCMART, don't do it. I say stick with Tower Hobbies or StormerHobbies. I order parts from Stormer Hobbies and they arrive quickly. There are plenty of cheap places to buy stuff online such as eBay. I would only buy international if the part is really hard to find or is way too expensive. It takes longer to ship and it is harder to return things. I buy a lot of RC parts form eBay because they are cheaper. Do what you gotta do though. Whatever is more comfortable to you is the best.

Tower Hobby can't be beat as far as price and shipping but, I try to buy from my LHS. The price is usually cheaper, many times no tax and no shipping charges. I also buy off ebay but, you need to be careful. I purchased a bunch of parts recently on ebay from RC Mall and goodsgood -Both have good prices and fast shipping. I have spent about $300 + with each of them and no complaints.

MaoyLooking forward to seeing your car with the Mugen wheels and tires-Take some picture especially if you use the larger rear wheels and tires.

I've purchased from RC Mart before. Good prices on Tamiya items. I the only non factory parts I purchase are 3racing or GPM and usually only if the factory parts aren't available. Their shipping is reasonable for parts but is pricing if your buying a kit. I only buy from there if I'm buying enough parts to make a good enough savings including shipping. Otherwise I stick to the LHS or Tower.

Hey everybody, check out what I did. I mounted my sportwerks .26 engine on my RS4. Haven't had a chance to run the car yet. Will hopefully run it next week. Let me know what you guys think.

Can someone please tell me. On my RS4 3, I'm having a problem shifting into second gear. I've read the manual and it says for a sooner shift, turn screw out (counter clock wise). But there are two different screws. One is straight up and the other is on an angle. Which one is for adjusting the shift point? I posted the same question at the top of the page and only got the one reply. Is there anything else I can do before ripping it apart?
