Hi Everyone.
I am looking for a complete Canopy (windscreen) Zlin Z50-120 sized aircraft.
We lost ours on our first flight, came down all busted up.
Listing a stock photo of aircraft for referance.
I checked evrywhere I could think of, even emailed Singapore with no reponse.
If anyone can help me out with this please email me with cost @ carlsqu@msn.com

Check with Fiberglass Specialities on there web site. They have a lot of canopy's and other products listed. I have found a lot of different canopy's from different kits and plans.

OK, I have the plans for this plane from MAN plans, it's the 20% scale Zlin 526. The fuse length is 63 inches on this one. It was designed by Dick Van Mourik and he sells all the parts to finish this plane, cowl and canopy too. d.j.van.mourik@freeler.nl. Not sure if that last period in the address is needed? Don't think so. I have his address too if you need it. Great set of plans but a very scale plane. I haven't built it yet but you know, maybe some day.

I was doing a search and found a post stating the fellow that designed the Zlin for MAN plans sold the rights to the cowl and canopy to Traplet Publications. I emailed them to find out if this is true or not. I started going over my plans and this looks like something I may be in the mood to build but I don't want to go through hell looking for the special parts I may need or want. I will post up when I find out anything for a fact.

Traplet has the cowls and canopy in stock. You can email them or phone.

This is her number, Pat @ 1-217-355-2970 They are showing only the canopy for the Z-262 Thenner, what ever that is. I figure if you call they may know where to find what you are looking for. If not then think about making a plug and making up your own. Done that before, pain in the mule but it works.
