Have not flown one myself but there was a super detailed A-36 version (non V-tail) of the Bonanza flown by a member of my old model club. He had it powered with a Supertigre 90, retracts, flaps, and on-board video camera and transmitter. Was covered in monocote to keep weight down. Seemed to fly very scale-like and solid on take off and landings. It was NOT a stunt plane.

I'm currently building a highly modified version of the kit (kit bashing), in that I have re-formed the wing structure and airframe to conform to a Rockwell Commander 112A. Some real challenges with the cruciform horizontal stabilizer and slightly forward swept wings. Still in the basic construction stages. I don't have any problems with documentation, since I own a Commander. Makes the measurment process really easy!

Anyway, I think you would end up with a very nice scale Bonanza GA aircraft, which are seldom modeled.
