Status: offline 		Does anyone know where I might obtain a set of machined aluminum case halves for the RC 10 GT transmission? I have seen them on other trucks, but no one seems to remember where they got them I hate to load up the GT's transmission with all the titanium goodies and still have case meltdown problems...... Thanks for your help in advance

I'm not talkin total [COLOR=red]"total meltdown"[/COLOR] here, but yes the bearing holders in the plastic transmission case halves will melt, causing them to get big enough to cause unwanted play in the transmission gears. I do use all metal gears in my transmission and tend to hammer pretty hard all the time.....I am sure the machined aluminum case would solve this problem for me.........let me know if you have any idea where I might find one...........thanks

I will post it here for anyone who also may be interested in this really trick part....It is a quality Megatech Product...only problem is it is on back order till late April...oh well time does fly when your having so much fun............
