Status: offline 		hi really need to know what travel adjust on my dx7 radio is? my gyro which is a JRg490t which is called the JRg500t in usa is holding ok but drifts slowly now and then i heard that if you set your rudder travel adjustment up right it can help correct this? so whats travel adjustment and do you know any way i can get my gyro to stop drifting???? thanks!

Status: offline 		all you need to do is, make sure the rudder servo is set in a neutral position before you do anything else. move the servo up or down the boom or adjust the rudder control rod to suit, now you need to make sure the rudder has the same amount of travell in both directions [ left full and right full ] then lower the gyro gain down to around 45.

Status: offline 		thanks will check this but now my gyro holds rock solid i just didnt know how the gain worked now i do!

Status: offline 		To use travel adjust to set the gyro gain you have to set the gear channel on the Tx to GEAR instead of GYRO and then use the Gear travel adjust to set the gyro gain. Above 0 will put it in HH mode and below 0 will put it in rate mode. The Rudder endpoints can then be used to adjust the piro rate.
