I GOT A PM FROM AMCROSS ON 3-26-02, SHE ADVISED IT WOULD BE SHIPPED OUT END OF THIS WEEK OR FIRST PART OF NEXT WEEK.I THEN CALLED TOWER AND THEY ADVISED SHIPPING MIGHT BE AFTER THE FIRST WEEK IN APRIL.THIS IS LIKE WAITING FOR SANTA BUT SANTA NEVER COMES.

Status: offline 		I checked my tower account online and my back ordered G2 w/USB status had changed to "Invoiced, processing in warehouse."

I guess this means that they have got it and will ship in the next couple of days...

Status: offline 		I f you live in the Midwest as I do you may not get your new G2 right away if you ordered yours from Tower Hobbies, as they have two sites, one in Ill. and the other in Az.. I ordered mine on the 17th of Feb, so I pleaded my case with customer service and they agreed to ship mine out from Ill. , if you are in the Midwest you may want to do the same. I'll get it on Monday so I'll post how it works with my new laptop later. Lee

Status: offline 		Basically the new G2 has USB connections and a few new planes nothing speical. What will be special is if they come out with a connector for the 9C radios. I'd take a new addon over a USB connector anyday.
