Someone had posted a model I think here in the gas engine section, thought I had saved the page and now can't find it.The builder is in Canada and had several different models listed on their site. This plane had a 80 inch wing span and it was stated easy to build and
very good fitting parts.I thing there was two sizes-a 26 cc and a 50 cc size model. The kit for the 50 size motor sold for $250.00 dollars if I remember correctly. It was a high wing aircraft and the fuselage was around 5 feet long or so.It was ply & balsa construction and the builder said the parts fit so well it could allmost hold itself togeather for pictures with-out any glue.
Hope someone recalls this model. It was In a post about something other than the model, thats why I think I seen it in this section.

Thanks

The name slips my mind, too.

Look in the scale and giant scale forums.

The company also manufacters a 33% WACO. There is a long thread about the WACO, by WACONUT. Look for it, and you should find thhe manufacturer.

None of the one's listed so far.The picture of the airplane I remember seeing was a simple two tone covering, not real fancy. There was also a picture or two showing the forward right side of the fuselage with a couple of the bulkheads in place. The fuselage was a square-ish type design. This kit was not from any of the big model manufacturing companys,I think this is a fairly new builder putting out these models in limited numbers.I do know they are in Canada and that is where the model is shipped from.
I sure would like to find this model listing again

P.S. I think the wing-span was somewhere between80 to 96 inches. I'm pretty sure the kit price was $250.00 dollars

No Worries Mate
Actually - Mog-man was on track for it too - it's just that we never think of the word "Trainer" in those sizes.

I am in the process of preparing to build one of each of them - they just look too much fun not to have one for "Public Hands on" days. (Not sure if the 50cc will build under 7kg though - to do with the aussie Heavy model rules).
