Here's what I'm using, the Sony Webbie. It's HD and has none of the quirks of the FCO2 and only weighs about 4.5oz.
Best part? The camera eye swivels - perfect for our applications!
Only 149.00 too

The problem with the Sony Webbie is that the video lacks contrast. When you play back your video on your computer it almost looks like you are viewing the video through a gray filter. You need to add contrast with editing software after you are done shooting.

Another problem is that there is no image stabilization, it records the slightest movements of your shaky hands and doesn't correct it at all. It is especially shaky on a R/C plane or helicopter.

ANOTHER problem is that that the output file will not work with a video stabilization program like DeShaker. You need to convert it to another format first.

All of this is very time consuming.
