I am trying to find the same thing out myself. I know Aerotech offers a set of wheels at $145 for the pair. I do not recall the size.

I have also sent an inquiry to Darrell Tinney at Sierra Precision to see if he offers a set.

Lastly, you could always go with Glennis.

Here's their respective URL's:

I have a set of Williams Brothers wheels at home from a Yellow P-47 I picked up earlier this year. If no one has given you the dimensions by the time I get home, I'll measure the tires and let you know the diameter.

used a set of dubro 4.5 in. Had to sand both sides of wheels thin to fit in wheel well which is fully enclosed with doors. Sierra makes a baeutiful set with scale hubs but very expensive. Robart makes a set of scale 5" lot less $$. Mine is 1:5 scale

P-47 I sent you an email.. My yellow tires are 4 5/8. you could use 4.5 from dubro or sullivan.. I would not go larger than 4.75. you may run into problems going into the wheel well.. Robart makes aluminum hubs that are reasonable... check the for sizes...... Regards BobH.

Glennis does make wheels for the Yellow P-47 and has since the introduction of the kit.

We do not manufacture 4 1/4" diameter (which is what the inquiry was about), but the 4 1/2" and 5" (which is the size it originally used) are standard items.
