I found a thick estate sign, is about 8 mil. I'm thinking I could fly the whole sign if I fatten the leading edge. You guys ever fly a totally flat piece of coro?

This stuff is to ridged to fold. I'm think of doubling the leading edge?

You guys are tooo much...I'm getting no sleep, and no work done since I found this S.P.A.D. forum.

Well I got a .60 just waiting for a plane, that thick coro will do just fine

With 8 mm coroplast, I doubt that you'll need to fold the leading edge over. This will also save you some weight. One of the guys around here built a 42x42 PBF out of 10mm coroplast and the wing was very stiff without any reinforcement.

If you're going to use a 60, I'd suggest going to 36x36.....especially with 8mm coroplast.
