Status: offline 		I found a thick estate sign, is about 8 mil. I'm thinking I could fly the whole sign if I fatten the leading edge. You guys ever fly a totally flat piece of coro?

This stuff is to ridged to fold. I'm think of doubling the leading edge?

Well I got a .60 just waiting for a plane, that thick coro will do just fine

Status: offline 		With 8 mm coroplast, I doubt that you'll need to fold the leading edge over. This will also save you some weight. One of the guys around here built a 42x42 PBF out of 10mm coroplast and the wing was very stiff without any reinforcement.

If you're going to use a 60, I'd suggest going to 36x36.....especially with 8mm coroplast.
