I am about to convert a H9 P-47 and thinking about running it with either a power 60 HV-85 and 7S 4900mah 20C. Either that or a power 90. Has anyone ever a power 60 with a 7s and does this look like this setup would work for this plane?

It all depends on the expected flying weight of the plane, and what type of flying you will be doing.
I converted a 63" Extra 330L to electric using a Power 60. I'm running a 15x10E prop, with 2 3s1p 2650ma LiPo's in series. At 22.2 volts with the 15x10 prop, it pulls about 740 watts at 38 amps static. That's just over 100 watts/lb, as the plane weighs 7 lbs. The Power 60 is rated higher than what i'm running it at, but my plane has GOBS of power. It pulls straight up verticals with no problem, flies directly into a 10-15 mph wind with authority. I'm getting about 5-6 minutes of flight time, and the batteries only take about 1700ma to recharge.
Anywhere close to 100-150 watts/lb will give great performance, it all depends on how you intend to use it. Hope this helps..........

Well I ran my Hangar 9 P40 on the 60. 6S3700 pack, Castle Creations 60 esc, Ultimate UBEC, spun an APC 15x13x3 blade prop.
Flew beautiful with this set up, more then enough thrust and speed.

Many successful conversions of this series of H9 warbirds have been done using AXI 4130/16 motors and 6s Lipo, swinging 15/10 or 16/10" props.  Amp draw is around 50A at wot if I recall correctly.
